Recent Purchases #7 featuring Hourglass, Nars, Illamasqua, Urban Decay, Too Faced, Vita Liberata, Kerastase, TIGI, Label M & Manuka Doctor

With the last of my birthday money, I decided to splurge on some items that I had wanted for a while! I have a mix of make-up & hair care. The great thing about being subscribed to newsletters with online shops is that most of them send a discount code for your birthday! How could I resist using them?!

First up are two items that featured on my recent wishlist: Hourglass Ambient Blush in Dim Infusion & Urban Decay Naked Flushed Compact in Streak. I have wanted a Hourglass blush since they were first released & Dim Infusion looked right up my street. I love coral and gold & this product has the perfect blend of both. I was lucky enough to receive this as a gift from my cousin for my birthday a few weeks ago & I am very excited to use it! The Urban Decay palette in Streak is perfect for bringing in your handbag as it has a mix of bronzer (can be used to contour), blush & highlight.

Next up from ASOS, I bought a Nars blush in the shade Torrid, which is a beautiful warm coral colour with a hint of shimmer & Illamasqua Aurora; a beautiful cream highlighter, which I had my eye on for a while now. I think it will look great with Androgen cream pigment.

From Beautybay, I purchased Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara after reading JustJulie's brilliant review. I cannot wait to try this & see if it lives up to my holy grail mascara: YSL Faux Cils.

My new favourite foot cream in Manuka Doctor's ApiNourish Foot & Heel Cream, so I ordered another as a back up. I don't ever want to run out of this - it is AMAZING!

Finally, I placed an order with Look Fantastic. I ordered a self tan from Vita Liberata. I usually use Xen Tan, but just wanted to try something from this brand to review on the blog. I will report back to you! I also purchased a few haircare products: Label M Protein Spray because the beautiful Becky from TalkBeckyTalk recommended it for repairing her hair & I also purchased a mini Blow Out Spray because the reviews were good & I love mini sized products! I thought that this 500ml bottle of my favourite shampoo (Kerastase Resistance Bain Force Architecte) was excellent value at £20.25 & my code reduced it further. Finally, I purchased TIGI Bed Head Superstar Queen For A Day Thickening Spray (love the name!!) because I remember seeing it being used on a youtube tutorial for adding volume to long hair. Again, I will report back on how good/bad it is!

That is me shopped out for a while!  Have you used any of these products? If so, let me know what you think of them!

Thanks for reading!
