My favourite skin care products of 2014 featuring Elemis, GLAMGLOW, Origins, Clinique & more!

Ah, skincare! My one true love! I bought my first cleanser, toner & moisturiser on my 13th birthday & the obsession has not abated since then! When I was even younger, I loved sitting at my mother's dressing & sneakily applying my mother's skincare products! Today, I am sharing my favourite skincare products from 2014. Some are new & some I had used previously.

My favourite way to cleanse is using a balm & my favourites from the year are Elemis Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm and Emma Hardie Amazing Face Natural Lift & Sculpt Moringa Cleansing Balm. Both of these deliver a deep clean, but neither leave my skin with that stripped feeling that some deep cleansers do.

It will come as no surprise that my favourite face masks from the year are the GLAMGLOW masks. I have the YouthMud, ThirstyMud & PowerMud. Although expensive, these are the very best face masks I have ever used. I don't really need to own all three, but I love them all!

In terms of serums, my absolute favourites are Clinique Smart Serum, which I have been using every morning for a few months now & my skin really loves the results it gives. It really helps hydrate my skin & helps to even my skintone. At night, my all time favourite serum is Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II. This heals my skin, reduces any redness, makes me look like I have slept a lot & really hydrates my skin - everything I could want & more!

My two favourite moisturisers from the year are Darphin Ideal Resource Overnight Cream & Origins Plantscription Powerful Lifting Cream. Both of these mean that my dry skin is well moisturised and my base is applying evenly.

I use Clarins Beauty Flash Balm every time I wear make-up and sometimes as an overnight mask, when my skin needs a pick me up. I couldn't apply my make-up without it!

Please tell me your skincare favourites!
