My Mac blush palette updated!

A few months ago, I posted about my MAC blush palette, which was looking pretty sad! I must admit that I kind of neglected it until this week when I purchased 3 new blushes to update it & I thought I'd share it with you today!

I already had Springsheen & WarmSoul and I added Melba, Style & Fleur Power. Melba is a warm coral blush, that is matte and I don't actually own any matte blushes so I am looking forward to using this. I also purchased Style, which is a frost blush and is a peachy-coral with a fine gold shimmer. I think this would be especially nice in summer, with a tan!

Fleur Power is a Satin Blush and it is a deeper colour than the others in the palette, with more of a pink tone than any of my other MAC blushes. I think I will have to be very sure not to be too heavy-handed with this one, as it seems very pigmented.

I am a big fan of MAC blushes, the quality is excellent - great pigmentation, true to colour & easy to apply. I am really looking forward to using these blushes, but I have one space left! Do you have any suggestions for that final space?! I think I would like to try something that is not along the coral/peachy/pink line.

Thanks for reading.

  1. I only have one MAC blush (Immortal Flower) and I definitely love the formula of it! I just can't bring myself to spend the money on it when there's really great drugstore ones (like the covergirl ones)!

  2. We don't have Cover Girl - I think it's Max Factor over here, so I must check their blushes out!
