Recent purchases #15 featuring Rimmel, Inglot, Essie & more!

I've bought a random few bit & bobs that I thought I would share with you today. First up is the Rimmel Glam 'Eyes HD 5 Colour Eye Shadow in Brixton Brown, which I think it pretty similar to Charlotte Tilbury's Dolce Vita Palette (comparison post coming soon). At £6.99, this is a bargain! Also from Rimmel, I bought their Finishing Touch 3D Plumping Top Coat. My Seche Vite top coat is running low & getting gloopy, so I thought I would give this a try for a change and at £4.49, it is hard to go wrong! Keeping in the nails theme, I also bought a new base coat because the one I have been using recently completely ruined my normally strong, healthy nails. I bought Essie's Grow Stronger Nails Base Coat, which I am hoping will help the nail situation. I will report back on this.

I left my favourite perfume in my Sister in Law's house at Christmas & won't be seeing her until we next go over to the UK in a few months, so I repurchased Cerruti 1881 because I cannot be without it, no matter how many other perfumes I own! Luckily, it was on sale so I now have a big 100ml bottle, which will keep me going for a few months.

Finally, two make-up items. The first is from Topshop Beauty & it is their Metallic Blush in the shade Pulse, which I saw on Kaushal Beauty's blog as being the perfect dupe for MAC Stereo Rose, which I don't own, so I was delighted to get my hands on this. I made my first Inglot purchase & it is a pure pigment eyeshadow in the shade 85, which I have had my eye on for a while. It is a browny-red, with hints of green & bronze. I think I will love using this & already have my eye on some of their other shadows!

So that is the end of my small haul -  I hope you enjoyed it & I would love to know what you have been buying recently or if you have any Inglot product recommendations for me?

Thanks for reading.

  2. There's an Inglot store near to where I live, so think I might go in there to have a nosy at the eyeshadows! Have heard their contour powders are great too!
