Honest reviews, regular hauls and all things beauty.

Recent purchases #16 featuring Smashbox, Too Faced, Marc Jacobs & more!

Most of the products that I am sharing with you today were bought from Rose's Beauty Store. I know that some people think it is very expensive, but there is no tax added on at the checkout stage (like on Sephora.com) and no nasty customs charges on arrival. I think it's good for products that we can't get our hands on on this side of the Atlantic & shipping is very cheap - £3.50 per order and it took 9 days to get here from the date of shipping. Overall, I am very happy with the service! (I'm not being paid/sponsored/compensated for saying that. I paid for all of these things myself!)

So from there, I bought the Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask, which I have wanted to try for a long time! Because I am wearing some matte lipsticks at the moment, I need my lips to be in good condition in order for the lipstick to apply evenly and I have read so many amazing things about this product so I hope it lives up to its reputation.

Next up is Smashbox Step by Step Contour Stick Trio. After seeing Tati's contouring video, I knew I had to get my hands on these and couldn't wait until they were released over here. There are 3 sticks to contour, bronze & highlight and a pencil sharpener. I am really looking forward to trying these out & will report back with my thoughts!

Finally from Rose's Beauty Store is the Marc Jacob's Lolita palette, which I have wanted for such a long time. From first glance, I can tell you that this is a beautiful palette with very stylish packaging & 7 eyeshadows inside. I cannot wait to get using this!

Debenhams had their €5 discount voucher code available last week, so I took the opportunity to order the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette because I had been lusting after it for quite some time. I can confirm that it does indeed smell like chocolate - so for Lent, instead of eating chocolate, I shall be sniffing my new eyeshadow palette!

Finally, I bought a Jumbo Eye Pencil in the shade Milk from NYX. I've seen this used in a few youtube tutorials & it is supposed to make the colour of eyeshadows stand out even more, so I thought I'd give it a go & will let you know what I think!

So that's all of my shopping recently! I'm really looking forward to using everything! What have you been buying recently? Have you used & loved/hated any of these products? WOuld love to hear what you think!

Thanks for reading.
