Purederm Exfoliating Foot Mask - a cheap & cheerful option?

Last summer when I was in Penneys/Primark, I picked up one of these Purederm exfoliating foot masks at the till that I had heard so many people talk about. It was only about €3 so I figured I had nothing to lose but I didn't use it at the time because I read that this makes the skin on your feet peel for about 2 weeks and at that stage I was wearing flip flops and sandals all the time and there was no way I was going to have gross feet in summer. I left it on my shelf and because the weather is now starting to pick up a little, it reminded me that I should use it before I have my toes out on a daily basis.

The packet contains 1 pair of "sock-type" exfoliating foot masks. You apply them to clean, dry feet and then leave them for 60-90 minutes to work their magic. After 4-7 days, the dry skin or any calluses should begin to peel and this process should end 3-5 days after it begins. It cannot be used on broken or irritated skin or eczema.

I have read people say that so much dry skin comes off that it is nauseating so I won't be sharing photos of the process with you! I am curious to see how well it works, considering how budget-friendly it is. My feet are not in bad condition because I use foot cream daily all year round, but there is always room for improvement! I'll keep you posted!

Have you tried this product or something similar? If you want to try for yourself, you can order here.
