Empties & speedy reviews #39 featuring Hey Honey, Alpha-H, Peter Thomas Roth, Clarins & more!

You know the drill by now - I share my thoughts on a roundup of all of the products I finished up recently and tell you whether I would repurchase the products. I have so many skincare products this month because I am really focusing on finishing products that I have had open for a while, therefore I have yet to repurchase any of these products but some of them will be back in my stash at some point.

Would repurchase:

Pestle & Mortar Superstar Retinol Oil: I absolutely love the effect that this retinol oil has on my skin - it helped with scarring, skin texture and diminishing the appearance of fine lines and pores. The only reason that I am have not already repurchased is that I have another retinol oil and I need to use that up first, but then this will be a definite repurchase.

Hey Honey 24 Seven Day & Night Cream: I really enjoyed using this moisturiser over the past number of months - it isn't overly slippy but adds a good amount of hydration and leaves my skin feeling calm and comfortable. I have a few other moisturisers open but will most probably repurchase this at some point,

Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream: I absolutely love this moisturiser. It is comprised of 30% hyaluronic acid and really quenches my skin's thirst, leaving it plump, hydrated and bouncy. I am delighted that this is now available to buy from Beauty Bay and I will be repurchasing very soon.

Alpha H Liquid Gold 24 Hr Moisture Repair Cream: I used this as my night cream for months and miss it already! This really hydrated my skin but also exfoliated it due to the lactic and glycolic acids it contains - the overall result is smooth and refined skin.

Korres Black Pine Eye Cream: I absolutely love this eye cream and was sad to finish it. This really plumped my under eye area, leaving me looking more rested and diminished the appearance of fine lines. I miss it already but need to finish other eye creams that I have open first.

Clarins Special Eye Contour Balm: Another eye cream love - this is so soothing - perfect for tired eyes and it's extremely moisturising and plumping, which is perfect for my very dry skin.

Nivea Rose & Argan Oil Body Lotion: I love Nivea body lotions and this one is one of my favourites because the scent isn't too overpowering and the argan oil leaves my skin so soft.

Nars Pro-Prime Smudgeproof Eyeshadow Base: Simply the best eye primer for oily lids - end of!

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb: I absolutely love this warm, floral, sweet fragrance and I miss having it is my life already!

Lancaster Tan Maximizer After Sun: This aftersun is the best I have ever used because it hydrates my skin like no other, but also really extends the wear time of my tan for a good 4 weeks after I return from holiday.

Would repurchase if they were on offer:

Erno Laszlo Firm & Lift Firmarine Face Mask: This is a two part mask - the powder in sachet 1 is mixed with the liquid in sachet two, then left for 15 minutes before being applied to the face and left for a further 15/20 minutes. It is then peeled off and the result is firm, radiant and plump skin.

Decleor Aroma Cleanse Exfoliating Body Cream: I love how gentle, yet effective this creamy scrub is. It leaves my skin thoroughly polished but not irritated.

Elemis Treat Your Feet Foot Cream: This foot cream is quite rich, yet absorbs quickly and it made my skin so soft. A little goes a long way with this product.

Clarins Relax Bath & Shower Concentrate: I absolutely love this product and it was a real treat for me because I tend to use budget bath & body products. The scent is so relaxing and it really helps me to unwind & I hope to be able to repurchase in the Christmas sales!

Molton Brown Japanese Orange Body Wash: This was a birthday gift and what a treat! It has a beautiful scent that isn't as sharp as most citrus-scented products and it really filled the bathroom. The product itself lathered really well and didn't leave my skin feeling stripped, which is very important because I have very dry skin.

Chloé Body Lotion: This was in a gift set and I just love the scent - fruity and floral, without being overly sweet. This lotion was a "boobs upwards" product and it really helped to extend the wear time of my fragrance!

Wouldn't repurchase:

By Terry Huile De Rose: I loved this oil but can't repurchase because it has been discontinued!

Philip Kingsley Daily Damage Defence: I liked this but I have other leave in conditioners that I prefer so won't repurchase.
