This is my last empties post of the year and in fact, the last empties post on the blog because I have decided to retire the series. At the beginning of this year, I stopped posting monthly favourites posts and in 2018, I have decided against empties posts, not because I don't enjoying reading them on other blogs but this is my 40th empties post so it's time for a change (plus I want to end on an even number!). You know the drill here - I'll show you everything I have finished up recently, with a speedy review and tell you whether or not I would repurchase.
Skincare:
Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask: This mask has really blown my away! It contains Salicylic Acid, Red Alga and Sodium Hyaluronate and the result is clear, fresh, soft, hydrated skin the morning after use. I will repurchase as soon as I finish two other overnight masks that are already open. Full review here.
Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair: Do I even need to tell you how much I love this product? I have repurchased for around 10 years at this stage and will do for the foreseeable future because I love what this does for my skin. With consistent use, my skin is firm, smooth, calm and hydrated - it is the answer to so many skin issues.
Dermalogica Precleanse: I love this cleansing oil because it breaks down every little bit of makeup and it doesn't sting my eyes at all. I have purchased this a number of times since it was first released and I will again in the future but at the moment I am using DHC Cleansing Oil, which is just as effective.
L'Occitane Divine Cleansing Balm: I absolutely love this cleansing balm - it is so nourishing, yet non-greasy and it leaves my skin deeply cleansed but not stripped. It is perfect for my dry skin and I will repurchase at some point in the future. Full review here.
Alpha H Liquid Gold: I have repurchased this liquid exfoliator several times but I am currently using the new Rose version, which suits my dry skin better (review here) so I won't repurchase.
Christian Breton Anti-Wrinkle Sheet Masks: I really enjoyed using these masks - they are intensely hydrating and soothing. I may repurchase in the future but I have lots of other sheet masks on the go at the moment.
B.Liv Hydrate Away: These are no ordinary sheet masks because they actually fit like a second skin on the face. The masks are soaked in an essence that is packed with amino acids, minerals and algae and they are some of the most hydrating masks I have ever tried. They are out of stock at the moment but I will definitely be repurchasing.
Pur-lisse Blue Lotus Brightening Serum: Packed with Vitamin C, this serum is brilliant for brightening the skin, fading scars and reducing inflammation. A little goes a long way with this serum and I loved the results it gave. I will repurchase at some point but I have a lot of other serums that I need to finish first.
It Cosmetics Secret Sauce Anti-Aging Moisturiser: This was a decent sized sample of this moisturiser and it was enough to let me know that it's a winner! Packed with skin loving ingredients like hyaluronic acid, collagen, Vitamin C and more, this moisturiser deeply nourished and brightened my skin. I will purchase a full size in the future, for sure!
Bodycare:
Mixa Firming Body Lotion: I absolutely love this budget-friendly body lotion and I have already repurchased it. It is quite light in texture, yet it is very moisturising and it absorbs immediately. I have already repurchased.
Bondi Sands Self Tanning Lotion Dark: I love this tan because it's foolproof. It gives a healthy tanned colour without being too orange and it's so easy to achieve a streak-free tan. I have already repurchased.
Moroccanoil Fleur D'Oranger Hand Cream: This was reduced on to around £3 on Beauty Bay so I snapped it up but they are no longer stocking the brand so I can't repurchase. It is a beautiful hand cream and I am a sucker for anything orange-scented so I really enjoyed using this.
Haircare:
Grow Gorgeous Hair Density Shampoo Intense: One of my favourite ever shampoos - it has a gorgeous warm scent and it really does add density to my hair so it is one that I will definitely repurchase in the future but I have a few other shampoos I need to use up first.
Ouai Moisture Repair Masques: I absolutely love these hair masks - they leave my hair feeling silky and looking glossy but they aren't at all heavy on the hair. Review here. I have already repurchased them!
Makeup & Perfume:
Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara: I have already repurchased this mascara because it gives me exactly what I want - very black, non-flaky, dramatic, voluminous lashes and it doesn't smudge or make my lashes crispy. It's my perfect mascara.
Chloé Eau De Parfum: I adore this perfume and already have a back up. It's a classic, elegant, feminine scent. Not overpowering and is both fruity and floral. I am so pleased that I have another one because I would miss it otherwise.
Have you used any of these products? What have you finished recently? I'd love to hear!
