Bliss is back!

Bliss is back!
All of these products were kindly sent to me, without obligation to post.

I was so disappointed when Bliss* pulled out of the UK & Irish market in recent years, because I used so many of their products - body butters, bubbling face mask, hand and feet socks that locked in moisture, and more. Then, suddenly, they were gone, but the great news is that they are back and are being sold in Boots! Plus, what's even better is that the products are now even cheaper! I was kindly sent some products to try and want to share my thoughts with you today.

Clear Genius Clarifying Gel Cleanser: This claims to be suitable for al skin types, but I think that oily skin types would suit it best, as it contains Salicylic Acid, which is oil soluble and deeply penetrates the pores to keep them clean. It also contains Willow Bark Extract, which helps to minimise the appearance of pores, and Brazilian Sea Water, which is soothing and balancing, ensuring the skin isn't stripped. My skin type is dry, but I did try this for the purposes of this post and I was pleasantly surprised at how my skin felt afterwards - it didn't feel tight or uncomfortable at all. That said, it's not something I would use daily, as I prefer a balm or oil for my skin type. I'll keep the mini in case I feel any blemishes coming my way. Oily and combination skin types will enjoy this cleanser.

Clear Genius Toner & Serum: Again, I think that this product would be more suited to oily/combination/congested skin. It is applied with a cotton pad and has a thick texture as it's a toner/serum hybrid. Again, it contains Salicylic Acid,  and it also contains Witch Hazel, both of which will help to clear clogged pores. To balance these ingredients, it contains Niacinamide, Zinc PCA and Cica (which my friend, Doctor Anne, wrote about here). If you have oily skin, this is a dream duo, because they deeply cleanse the pores and prevent blemishes, but they also soothe the skin and don't leave it feeling stripped.

Drench & Quench Face Moisturiser: I fell in love with this moisturiser the moment I applied it to my face and will definitely be purchasing a full size! It is very lightweight, yet packs the skin with hydration upon application. It contains 4 types of Hyaluronic Acid, all at different molecular weights, so it penetrates the skin deeply, to ensure that it is fully hydrated. It absorbs quickly, so it doesn't feel like there is anything sitting on the skin, yet skin feels super soft and bouncy! I think that all skin types would love this, as it's so lightweight, yet effective.

Mighty Marshmallow Brightening Face Mask: The perfect antidote to dull skin, this mask instantly brightens due to the Marshmallow Root Extract and Vitamin C blend. It also plumps the skin, thanks to the Olive Leaf Extract, Lime, Lemon, Pine and Eucalyptus Oils, and Zinc PCA it contains. It's a kind of do it all mask because it leaves skin glowing, plump and very clear. It doesn't set hard, which makes it easy to remove, even though after applying a thick layer, you might think it would be difficult to remove, but it rinses so easily with a muslin or reusable pad.

As you can probably tell, the final two products are my favourite, but that's because they are more suited to my skin type. All Bliss products are currently reduced by 1/3 in Boots at the moment, so now is the time to grab something if you want to try any of the products. I'm disappointed that the body products are not available, but hopefully they will follow soon!

Are you glad that Bliss is back? Did you try any of the products the first time around? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
