The Loop Duty Free Haul - mainly MAC but also Jo Malone, Clarins & more!

I got back from my really lovely holiday on Friday and it was so, so good to get the heat into my bones and just soak the sun up (well protected with spf though, don't worry!). We also celebrated our wedding anniversary whilst we were away and just had a really fantastic week together. It was just what I needed before starting a new treatment plan for my illness. Today, I thought I would show you what I picked up in Duty Free, as you will see from the photo, it's a pretty large haul and it is mainly a MAC haul because the products are quite a bit cheaper in The Loop. I reserved most of the products online in advance, where I used the promotional code looptwsum15 to save €10 on orders over €60, so I placed three orders & saved €30 on top of the savings already available. That code is valid until November 30th if you would like to use it!

So let's get into it. Firstly, I bought two MAC eyeshadows: Embark and Bronze, both of which I have wanted for quite a while. I also bought two MAC lipsticks: Please Me and Rebel. I wanted Rebel last Autumn/Winter but didn't get around to buying it and recently spotted Please Me in an instagram picture & knew it was very me. I am delighted to have all of these products in my collection. All four of these cost €51.30 after discount, which is amazing because they would cost €73 in Brown Thomas.

I then placed a second MAC order. I bought a Mineralize blush in the shade Petal Power, which looks very similar to Nars Orgasm, which is one of my all time favourite blushes. I also bought two brushes: a 217 and a 239. I already own both of these brushes but they needed replacing so I thought this was the perfect time to do it! All three of these products cost me €58 after discount, compared to €82 in Brown Thomas.

I've had my eye on the Pure Color Envy lipsticks from Estee Lauder for a while so I bought one in the shade Powerful, which is a beautiful pink. This cost €24.65, compared to €31 in Brown Thomas.

I bought three Clarins products: Hand and Nail Treatment Cream (€12), Special Eye Contour Balm (€28) and Instant Concealer (€20). I saved €31, after discount, on these compared to on the high street.

I needed a new eye serum, so thought I would try Clinique Smart Custom-Repair Eye Treatment (€39.10) compared to €46 in Brown Thomas.

Lancaster Tan Maximiser Aftersun is my favourite aftersun for extending my tan and keeping my skin moisturised and when I saw that it was 3 for 2 on all Lancaster products, I had to snap 3 tubes up and save €29.90! We used one tube between us on holiday & will continue to use it until these run out.

My husband also treated me to a big bottle of Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt, which I have wanted for a while & am delighted to own now. It is so fresh, but also quite masculine, which is the type of fragrance that I am drawn to and I am loving wearing it! I didn't know that he had bought that for me and I bought a small bottle of Peony & Blush Suede so my Jo Malone collection has jumped from one scent to three and I am definitely not complaining! The 30ml bottle was priced at €40 in The Loop, compared to €52 on the high street, so a saving of €12.

I am really delighted with my haul & would highly recommend you checking out The Loop website & ordering in advance, using the code mentioned above to save €10, if you know what you want before flying. Just to be clear: I am not sponsored by The Loop and I bought all of these products with my own money. They did not ask me to mention the code or write this post, I just wanted to share my savings with you so that you might also save if you are travelling through Dublin or Cork airports. I saved over €150 with this haul.

Have you tried any of the products I bought? Would love to know your thoughts on them.
