Forget botox! Four brilliant Hyaluronic Acid Serums

Christian Breton Argan & Hyaluronic Acid Serum Review, Image Skincare Ageless Total Pure Hyaluronic Filler Review, Pestle & Mortar Pure Hyaluronic Serum Review, Sarah Chapman Intense Hydrating Booster Review, Serums for dry skin, Hyaluronic Acid Serums

Hyaluronic Acid is a powerful humectant, which makes it a key ingredient for all skin types as we age to keep skin looking firm and plump. I use hyaluronic acid products on a daily basis and couldn't imagine what my skin would look like without using H.A. products! I always maintain that it is better to pay more for your serum than moisturiser as serums do more work as they penetrate the skin more deeply. I have four Hyaluronic Acid serums to share with you today, with prices ranging from £36 to £75. Obviously, you don't need all four - I'm a skincare junkie and enjoying trying lots of products!

Image Skincare Ageless Total Pure Hyaluronic Filler: I have raved about this serum several times  on the blog over the past few months, and with very good reason. This silky textured, super charged serum contains six forms of hyaluronic acid, which gives immediate and visible results - skin is plump, soft and looks youthful. It is with consistent use that the true effects can be seen and it really does live up to the filler part of its name as lines fade become much less noticeable. Full review here. It is pricey at £75 but totally worth it as a little goes a long way!

Pestle & Mortar Pure Hyaluronic Serum: This serum has a watery texture, absorbs immediately and doesn't leave the skin feeling sticky. Only 2 drops are needed for my face and neck and it feels instantly soothing and comforting as it relieves any tightness in the skin. It contains only 10 ingredients with hyaluronic acid, Vitamin E, aloe vera among the list. This serum leave the skin feeling soft, smooth, hydrated and plump but without any residue. It layers well with other products and is also ideal to use pre-makeup on days where the skin is feeling particularly dry. A no-fuss, effective serum. £36.

Christian Breton Argan & Hyaluronic Acid Serum: This is a very powerful serum for dry or ageing skin as it contains the moisture-retaining properties of hyaluronic acid, combined with the skin strengthening and skin renewing properties of Argan Oil. Skin instantly feels soft, hydrated, plump, comfortable and nourished and looks brighter too. With consistent use, lines appear diminished, skin glows and looks more youthful. £49.15.

Sarah Chapman Intense Hydrating Booster: One of the most effective serums I have ever used! This product combines hyaluronic acid with rose water, bioecolia and beta glucan (yes, I hadn't heard of them previously either) to hydrate and protect the skin. It is suitable for all skin types but I think that those with particularly sensitive/reactive skin will really love and benefit from this product. It has a silky texture and skin feels velvety soft after using this, as well as plump, hydrated and calm with diminished fine lines. An all round winner, which I have repurchased several times. Pricey at £59 but worth it and a little goes a long way.
