New Charlotte Tilbury purchases and review....

I couldn't resist placing a Charlotte Tilbury order recently - it was some much needed retail therapy when I was feeling rotten, prompted by a discount code and some new releases! Here's what I got and my thoughts so far!

The Glowgasm palette is a re-release as far as I'm aware because I'm pretty sure there were two different shade options previously. This is definitely for those who love a highlighter and a good glow because it contains two highlighters, a bronzer and blush. This is definitely for those with medium and darker skin tones as the colours are quite deep but it really is perfect for summer and (fake) tanned faces. The formula is beautiful - buttery soft and blends into the skin so easily. Glow-lovers need this palette in their life!

I'm a massive fan of the Beauty Light Wands and couldn't resist buying Pinkgasm Sunset because the shade looks perfect for summer. I love the original pinkgasm but this is deeper with a hint of orange. I just love how these apply to the skin and they blend in effortlessly too give the skin a gorgeous glow without looking like a discoball.

I love a glossy lip in summer so I ordered Jewel Lips in Pinkgasm. The formula is beautiful and isn't sticky - it feels balmy, has a pink tint without being overly pigmented. It's perfect for both day and night time use.

I really didn't need a new makeup bag as I get a lot with GWP but I sometimes end up taking a few with me when travelling, so when I saw how roomy the new Pillow Talk Makeup Bag. It's deceptively roomy with five pockets, a small zipped pocket and one smaller section on one pocket. I love to use cream products and also mini products when I travel, so everything will fit into this apart from a palette. Plus, I love the design on the front! Whilst it's light pink on the outside, it's deep burgundy on the inside so it shouldn't get grubby too quickly - fingers crossed!

I meant to buy Magic Finish when I last placed an order so I made sure to do so this time. It's similar to the Becca colour corrector of old in terms on texture and works wonders on the under eye area. The size is ideal to pop into your handbag for on the go too.

I previously bought the Magic Cream & Refill Set because it's good value and with the discount code, it meant that i pretty much got two for a little over the price of one pot. When I first used this moisturiser, I wasn't crazy about it but as my skin has aged, I have grown to love it and am probably on my fifth pot at this stage. It leaves my skin feeling super soft, hydrated and plump!

So that's everything that I bought and I really don't need to buy any more makeup or skincare for quite a while (but the sales are so good at the moment!!).  Did you buy any of the Lovegasm collection? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
