3 treats for 3 budgets!

It's that time of the month again - payday! Well, for most people anyway! Even if you are being strict with your spending, most people like to buy something when payday arrives. It doesn't have to mean splashing too much cash as this post will show!

Under £20/€20:

Ameliorate Skin Smoothing Body Polish:  Now that Spring has arrived, hopefully warmer temperatures will be upon us, which in turn means that our limbs will be on show after months of hibernation. Whether you've neglected any body parts that have been covered up all winter, or not, regular exfoliation will have our skin looking its best. This particular body exfoliant combines a chemical and physical scrub as it contains Lactic Acid, which is a gentle AHA. It leaves skin feeling really smooth but it doesn't strip it of moisture or tear the skin. It's particularly good for the bumpy skin on the tops of arms so if that's an area that really bothers you, I highly recommend this product. 

£20-50/€20-50:

Erborian CC Cream: The perfect Spring base, this cc cream looks grey/white initially but when blended into the skin, the colour adapts to your own skin tone. The coverage is light to medium but it evens skin tone and blurs the appearance of fine lines so if you like makeup to look natural, but radiant, this is the perfect product. It adds luminosity to the skin to make it look healthy but not shiny. It's so lightweight that it doesn't even feel like you're wearing any product and works beautifully applied with fingers or a beauty blender.

£50/€50+:

SkinCeuticals Glycolic 10 Renew Overnight Corrective Cream: The 10 in the name refers to the % of glycolic acid that this cream delivers. It also contains 2% phytic acid and both of these ingredients combine to fight texture, scarring, fine lines, clogged pores and dull skin. It has a very light texture that absorbs quickly and doesn't feel tacky on the skin. Applied to dry, clean skin just twice weekly initially and then nightly, if you wish. Results can be seen quite quickly with this cream - definitely within 2 weeks for improvement in texture but longer if you have hyperpigentation. I have sensitive skin but haven't experienced any irritation from this product but my skin is well used to acids at this stage. This is pricey but worth it for the results it gives - glowing, clear skin!
