It's monthly favourites time again and I have some great products to share with you! Some are new to me, and there's one rediscovery. Let's get into it!
Patrick Ta Major Skin Hydra Luxe Luminous Skin Perfecting Foundation: I've fallen hard for this foundation! It's super lightweight on the skin, blends like a dream and gives medium coverage, yet still looks like (glowing) blurred skin. It doesn't settle into fine lines and lasts really well on the skin. I like to apply with my fingers and then I go over it with a beauty sponge! I know people say they're obsessed with everything these days but this is certainly my new obsession!
Giorgio Armani Eye Tint: These have been everywhere for probably the best part of 18 months so I finally gave in and bought one and I love it! I love an easy eye product and this couldn't be easier to use. It's pigmented, blends well and has great staying power. I've now bought another shade!
Natasha Denona Hy-Sculpt Liquid Bronzer: This is just divine! A dry-skinned person's dream! I sometimes find Natasha's complexion products to be hit & miss but this is a hit for sure. It blends so seamlessly into the skin but doesn't disappear. It's perfect for bronzing parts of the face, but in a way that looks natural. It looks like skin so there's no fear of any greasy finish or muddy look. It's a 10/10 from me!
Caudalie Vinoclean Makeup Removing Cleansing Oil: This is the rediscovery of the group of products. I needed a new cleansing oil and when I looked back at some empties posts, I was inspired to buy this again and I'm so glad that I did! I use 1/2 pumps of this gentle oil and massage it into my skin, melting down ALL makeup - even waterproof liner and mascara, without the need for any tugging. I emulsify with water and then rinse. At that stage, my skin is super clean (although I do always do a second cleanse) but it's also feels comfortable and nourished. A little goes a long way with this oil & I highly recommend it!
L'Oreal Revitalift Laser Tri-Peptides Age-Correcting Serum* and L'Oreal Revitalift Laser Triple Action Anti-Ageing Day Cream*: I have a full review of these products here but suffice to say, I have fallen in love with drugstore skincare products! Read the review to find out why!
Jo Malone Fir & Artemisia Cologne: I really hoped that Jo Malone would re-release this fragrance as part of its Christmas collection this year (I think there may be a set of minis that has this in), but they didn't - maybe next year. My husband bought this for me in Duty Free on the way to America where I went for medical treatment earlier this year, so I will always associate it with that time and I loved it so much that I bought a backup (thankfully!). The scent is woody, musky, aromatic and floral and I don't have any similar fragrance in my (pretty large) collection. I receive so many compliments when I wear it and I had several people ask me the name but then I've had to say it's limited edition! I starting wearing it again this month because I've had a dip in my health over the last 4/5 weeks so I'm trying to bring back the positive vibes that I felt earlier in the year with it.
What have you been loving this month? I'd love to hear!
