A Cult Beauty Festive Gift Guide for all budgets

A Cult Beauty Festive Gift Guide for all budgets

You didn't think that I was finished with the gift guides, did you? I'm a Christmas fanatic and want to give you as many ideas as possible, but this is the final one, featuring products from Cult Beauty*. Don't forget that everyone who engages regularly with my content, both here and on Instagram, is in with the chance to win some prizes later this month. This gift guide is a little different from the others, as everything is from one site, Also, there are no sets here, just individual products that I think you will love. This post is not sponsored, however the products have been provided by my friends at Cult Beauty, without any obligation. Finally, I wanted to tell you that I bought the Advent Calendar this year and am showing you the products each morning on my Instagram stories and there is a discount on the site for whichever brand is in the box each day, which is fantastic!

111 Skin Bio Cellulose Treatment Mask: When it comes to sheet masks, my preference is bio cellulose ones, because they fit better - they almost mould to your face, due to the gel texture, so you don't need to worry about them falling off if you move. This particular mask has fibres that are 500 times finer than regular tissue masks., which means that the ingredients can really penetrate the skin. There are three key ingredients in this mask: liquorice root extract (which brightens the skin), silk amino acids (which nourish the skin), and centella asiatica (which stimulates collagen production). This is the perfect mask to use as a quick fix if you're run down and your skin shows it, if you've had broken sleep, haven't been eating too well, or just generally feel like your skin is looking dull. You leave it one for around 20 minutes, massage in any excess serum, and then follow with moisturiser. I know that this will be the perfect pick me up after the Christmas season, where skin is showing the signs of late nights, too much sugary and salty food, and alcohol - it's guaranteed to perk up the skin. A great Secret Santa gift, or stocking filler that you will definitely be thanked for! £20.

Biossance 100% Squalane Oil: I love a good multi-purpose product and this oil can be used on the face, body and hair. This is is basically like a glass of water for the skin, quenching its thirst and leaving the skin feeling elasticized and hydrated. A few drops warmed between the hands, make it perfect to run through the ends of hair. It's also perfect to use on thighs and stomach, to keep skin elasticized, and on the face, it keeps skin plump and moisturised. A great product to have it your collection, which I think most people would appreciate to find under the tree. £27.

Glow Recipe Plum Plump Hyaluronic Serum:  This brand is no stranger to my blog, I was actually buying the products long before they arrived at Cult Beauty, but, as always, the best brands from around the world arrive on the site eventually. Given the name, it's no surprise that the aim of this serum, is to plump the skin, and that it contains hyaluronic acid. It actually contains five different weights of hyaluronic acid, which means it can penetrate the skin more deeply, which in turn hydrates and plumps the skin. In addition to this, it contains collagen and protein, vitamins and minerals, which protect the skin against environmental damage. The texture is light, yet I find that it doesn't absorb in an instant - it really needs to be patted into the skin, until completely absorbed, before continuing with moisturiser or their Avocado Mask, for an intense injection of hydration. £37.

Decree Light Cleanse: This brand was created by a doctor, who wanted to simplify the skincare routine, which I can totally understand, because many people just get so overwhelmed by which products they should use, and some use the wrong ones for their skin type, others compromise their skin's barrier and others can break out.  This cleanser has a very light cleanser, so I personally would use it as either a morning cleanse or  a second cleanse in the evening.  It's applied by pumping into damp hands and massaging all over the face and neck. It foams a little, but when rinsed it doesn't leave the skin feeling at all stripped. It's what I'd call a simple, no frills cleanser, but it does the job and would be perfect for all skin types.  £44.

Huda Beauty Gold Obsessions Palette: Exclusive to Cult Beauty,  this mini palette is a showstopper!  I love that Huda does mini palettes, as not everyone has the budget or need, for a large palette, but there's no compromise on the quality of the shadows - buttery soft, they blend like a dream! This palette contains 9 shadows - mattes, metallics and shimmers.  It's perfect for the festive season - you don't need to be partying to wear some sparkle - I know I'll be wearing it on Christmas Day! Obviously, the theme of the palette is gold, so all of the shadows are either different shades of gold, have gold flecks in them, or are base colours for the gold theme. You can use either brushes or your fingers with this palette, or both - create your base with a brush and apply the metallics with your finger, to achieve a more intense look. That said, you can also create a pared back, day look, with just a sweep of the mattes, so it really is a versatile palette. The perfect gift for any makeup lover! £27.

Swatches are completely unedited.

Maison Margiela Under The Lemon Tree: This brand features a lot of unisex fragrances and the 30ml bottle is exclusive to Cult Beauty.  As soon as I sprayed this, it reminded me of our honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast, and my husband said the same. It obviously contains notes of lemon, however it's balanced by the other notes of coriander essence, green tea extract, cedarwood essence and musk. The woody/musky notes make the lemon less sharp, yet it's still a very fresh scent, that instantly transports me to Southern Italy. It could definitely be worn by both men and women, so if you know somebody who likes a citrus scent, but with a twist, I'd definitely recommend this. There are also 11 other scents to choose from and discovery sets too. £49.

Would you like to find any of these under the tree at Christmas?
