Five fab Spring fragrances

I absolutely love Spring (even though we've has both sun and snow in the past week!) and I love fragrance, so I thought I'd combine the two and tell you which fragrances I am really enjoying wearing at the moment. I wear perfume every day, even if it's a duvet day and I even wear it to bed! It makes me happy & lifts my spirits. I have quite a large collection, which I'm trying to curate to just my favourites, but it's tricky because I love so many. Sometimes I wish I had a signature scent that I never strayed from, but that's just never going to happen!  Here are the ones that are currently on rotation most frequently.

Marc Jacobs Daisy: This is a classic that I've worn since its release in 2007.  The bottle itself looks happy, just like daisies do! There have been many variations on the original since its release, some of which I have owned, but this one remains my favourite. It's a floral, woody, musky scent, combining notes of violet leaf, jasmine, musk and vanilla, among others. it dries down to a musky scent with an equal amount of floral - neither is overpowering, yet it lasts around five hours on the skin.

Jo Loves White Rose & Lemon Leaves: This is one of my favourite perfumes ever! This combines two of my favourite scents - rose and citrus, but it isn't too sharp - it's sparkling and feminine! The combination is fresh and invigorating - perfect for Spring, but I wear it all year round and have repurchased it, despite having a lot of fragrances - I just couldn't be without it.

Jo Malone Blackberry & Bay: The perfect combination - fruity, without being too sweet and woody, due to the bay leaf. I think this is quite a unisex fragrance, so it's different from the others in this post - it dries down to a woody scent, with a hint of spice, rather than sweetness. The perfect daytime fragrance.

Maison Margiela Replica Under The Lemon Tree*: Surprise, surprise, it's another citrus scent, but this one reminds me of our honeymoon in Sorrento, where the scent of lemon was everywhere. It's quite sharp initially (which I don't mind), but it settles down to a woody scent with a hint of citrus. It combines notes of lime, green tea, cedarwood and musk, among others. If you want to transport yourself to Italy (whilst we can't actually travel there), this is the fragrance for you!

Jo By Jo Loves: Finally, another Jo Loves fragrance (I love this brand), and one that Jo created for herself. Again, this has a citrus twist to it, in the form of grapefruit, but it also contains mint, vetiver, cedarwood and black pepper, which combine to give it a spicy kick. I think that this could be unisex, although I won't be sharing with my husband as I love it too much! Jo really knows how to combine scents to create the perfect blend that will last for around 5 hours (longer is layered with the accompanying body products).

One that I have on my wish list is Aerin Lilac Path, because I absolutely adore the scent of lilac blossom, which brings back so many happy childhood memories for me as my Granda had three different types in his garden. To me, it symbolises the transition from Spring to Summer, so I think I'll have to invest. Plus the bonus is that my LYMIN code will save me 20% on Look Fantastic!

Have you tried any of these? What's your favourite scent for Spring? I'd love to hear!
