Who doesn't want to wake up to better skin? I know that I love products that will work overnight to give me a visible difference the next day. Whether I'm ill and don't have the energy/inclination for a long routine, am short on time, my skin is looking dull or congested - these are the occasions that I need reliable products the most and I have six to share with you today!

Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask:  I have banged on about this mask several times on the blog and Instagram, and with good reason! I was initially gifted a pot and have gone on to repurchase many times since then. I have a full review here, but in short, this is a gel mask that leaves skin looking translucent, with refined pores and feeling smooth. I will forever repurchase this! Use the code SIOBHAN10 to save 10% on this and all other full price products on site.

Oskia Liquid Mask: This mask contains Lactic Acid, which is a gentle exfoliant that will remove surface layer dead skin cells, help to decongest the skin and help to lighten pigmentation. It also contains Hyaluronic Acid (of varying molecular weights, which helps it to penetrate the skin more deeply), as well as Niacinamide (amongst other ingredients), which also helps improve pigmentation. It's applied to clean, dry skin and then after a few minutes, you proceed with the rest of your skincare routine. The morning after use, skin always feels smoother, with refined pores and comfortable (no tight feeling). Use the code BEAUTYLYMIN to save 21% on this and many other brands/products on Look Fantastic.

Kiehl's Ultra Facial Overnight Rehydrating Mask with 10.5% Squalane*: This is absolutely perfect for the colder months (or the hotter months if you've overdone it in the sun), as it feels like a comfort blanket for the skin. It does everything that dry skin needs it to - replenishes moisture, nourishes, restores the skin's barrier function, protects against damage from free radicals, and can also boost collagen production. This mask is quite rich in texture, so I warm it up between my fingers before applying to my skin. My skin instantly feels more comfortable (and less like a prune!) - it's almost like feeling your shoulders drop after a weight has been lifted. I can count on this mask to ensure that I will have plump skin the morning after use.

Augustinus Bader The Face Oil: Eye-wateringly expensive, however a little goes a long way and a 10ml bottle will last for months. This oil is lightweight, yet is extremely nourishing and leaves the skin feeling supple and more elasticized. It is made from a combination of amino acids, vitamins, seed oils, glycerin, and many more skin nourishing ingredients, this oil stands out from others because of how non-greasy it is, yet it is intensely moisturising and leaves the skin looking radiant and healthy. I find that it's enough to use it alone, however it can be layered over moisturiser if your skin is ridiculously dry, or if you've compromised your skin barrier.

Clarins Beauty Flash Peel*: A full review of this product is here, but in short, it's a combination of AHA and BHA in a tube with a brush applicator, which is perfect for lazy nights. You apply an even layer all over the face (I avoid the eye contour area), and then leave for 15-20 minutes before continuing with your evening skincare routine. I just love how smooth, soft and fresh my skin looks the morning after using this peel. It's gentle enough for sensitive skin, yet effective enough to make a difference.

L'Occitane Immortelle Precious Overnight Mask*: This range is my favourite in terms of facial skincare from the brand.  It's rich in a oil from the island of Corsica, which is known for its anti-ageing properties (let it be known that I think ageing is a privilege, so I am not ANTI ageing, but if I can keep my skin looking young without needles etc, then I'l try products with that aim). This mask has a bouncy-cream texture, and is applied to clean, dry skin. It not only aims to restore moisture to the skin but also aims to repair blue light damage (something we all probably have), as well as protect against environmental aggressors. When I apply this, I just know that I will wake to supple, bouncy skin, plus I love the subtle scent, which is both fresh and relaxing at the same time.

Are you a fan of overnight super workers? I'd love to hear what your favourite is!
