My skin has been really playing up for the last 2/3 weeks. It is so, so dehydrated that I feel that I look like I have aged 10 years in a few weeks! My main areas of concern are my eyes and forehead and none of my usual hydrating treatments are working how I want them too. I think I may have a touch of hayfever too, which meant I was rubbing my eyes without even noticing I was doing it & that didn't help matters. I didn't really know what to try next and when I was looking through some of my beauty boxes for inspiration, I found this Nuxe mask, which sounded like it was exactly what I needed : soothing and rehydrating. When I read that it was also suitable for the eye contour area, I was excited to try it because I find that pads specifically for the eye are tend to be very expensive and wanted a cheaper solution.

REVIEW: Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow
Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow has been on my wishlist since its release and last week I finally got my hands on it! I have only heard amazing things about this product, but the price tag of £49/€65 is the reason I haven't tried it before now. I already have a whole wardrobe of bronzers and highlighting products so it took a while before I could justify the splurge, but it was worth the wait!

REVIEW: Too Faced Semi Sweet Chocolate Palette
If you have read my blog for any amount of time, you will know that I am a palette addict! When I bought the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette a couple of months ago, I loved it so much that it went straight into my Top Three Palettes of all time! Naturally, this made me want to try another palette from Too Faced so when my best friend was visiting NYC last month, I asked her to pick up the Semi Sweet Palette for me.

GLAMGLOW Thirstycleanse Daily Hydrating Cleanser - my initial thoughts
If you saw my recent haul, you will have read that one of the products I was most excited to try was the GLAMGLOW Thirstycleanse Daily Cleanser because I am already a huge fan of the ThirtyMud Mask. Although the GLAMGLOW masks are more expensive than all of the other masks I own, I think that the price tag is justified due to how effective they are. I have been using this for almost a week now, twice daily & want to share my initial thoughts with you.

REVIEW: Hourglass N° 28 Primer Serum
I am a sucker for anything that will either add hydration to my skin, or at least make it appear more hydrated so when I heard about Hourglass N° 28 Primer Serum, which is a primer and serum in one, I knew I had to try it. This is an expensive product so I took a chance asking my best friend to get it for me in the U.S. because I had never even tested it on my hand in a store. It is $65 for 1 oz/30 ml so it is probably the most expensive primer I have ever used. I was torn between this and the Mineral Veil Primer from the same brand, which a lot of people swear by but because this is aimed at hydration more than anything else, I decided to go for it because that is my main concern.

REVIEW: Indeed Labs Retinol Reface
I am always on the lookout for products that will make my skin look brighter, even and radiant and I have heard so many positive things about retinol helping to achieve all of those things, so I decided to purchase Indeed Labs Retinol Reface. I have had mixed experiences with previous Indeed Labs products - I loved the Hydraluron serum but didn't find the Hydraluron jelly to be very effective, so I didn't have any pre-judgements for this product.
