My top five nail berry toned polishes for Autumn!

I've finally accepted that summer is over and autumn is here (although the weather is really beautiful at the moment - nicer than it was for most of the 'summer'!). Today, I am sharing my top five nail polishes for autumn - I tend to favour pink/berry colours at this time of year before changing it up for winter & the Christmas season.

From left to right in the picture above is Essie Bahama Mama, Jessica Nails Dazed Dahlia, Morgan Taylor Berry Perfection, Maybelline Forever Strong in Berry Stain and Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy in Royal Flush

Essie Bahama Mama is the deepest shade but it is very flattering on and doesn't wash the skin out. I don't find Essie polishes to be extremely long-lasting, but can get about 4 days out of them without chipping with a good top coat. I really like this deep berry shade for autumn.

Jessica Dazed Dahlia is a pink that has a hint of berry to it. I absolutely love this colour and love the formulation of Jessica polishes. They apply so evenly and are non-streaky. Two coats is all that's needed for a completely opaque finish and it lasts up to a week on my nails.

Morgan Taylor Berry Perfection is very similar to Bahama Mama but is slightly lighter in colour and has less of a wine hue to it and more of a slightly purple hue. I really love Morgan Taylor polishes. They apply like a dream and are never streaky. This has been my most worn polish so far this autumn.

Maybelline Forever Strong nail polishes are probably my favourite range. They are so inexpensive and easy to apply, and most importantly, they are long-lasting. They easily last a week before chipping. Berry Stain is one that I saw on Mummy's Beauty Corner's Instagram and I knew I had to get my hands on it. It is very much on the purple end of the berry spectrum and I really love it. You could get away with just one coat, but I tend to apply two coats and I really love the glossy finish on this polish.

Finally, I have Royal Flush from Revlon's Colorstay Gel Polish range. To be fair, this isn't really a berry colour but it isn't a pure pink either, more of a deep pink, so I have included it because I know I will be wearing it a lot this autumn. I really like the formula of these Revlon nail polishes because they give a really glossy finish and last about 6 days.

I'd love to know what your favourite polishes for autumn are? What should I add to my collection? Please tell me in the comments below!
