Five favourites from Too Faced

Too Faced, Five Favourites, Too Faced Chocolate Soleil, Better Than Sex Mascara, Born This Way Concealer, Five best Too Faced products

Have you entered my beauty bundle giveaway here?

Too Faced is a brand that can be quite divisive because of the packaging but also the names of some of their products. I can understand that but I just love the quality of the products so I can get past some silly names. I have tried A LOT from the brand and want to share my ultimate five favourites with you today.

Peach Perfect Comfort Matte Liquid Foundation: There are two foundations available from the brand and I really do love both but this one has the edge for me, even though I wouldn't normally be a matte foundation fan. I love how it gives the skin a polished look with medium coverage and a demi-matte finish. It isn't cakey or flat matte, nor is it dewy, although the finish could be adjusted with setting powders and sprays. It doesn't break down or disappear on my skin at all, even after 13/14 hours of wear. It glides over pores and doesn't settle into fine lines. It's just an all round winner!

Born This Way Naturally Radiant Concealer: As far as I am aware, this concealer is being discontinued as the Sculpting Concealer has taken its place (read my comparison post here). I'm going to hunt down some more as back ups because I love the formula - it's perfect for the under eye area, especially if you have fine lines as it doesn't settle into them. I also find that it doesn't crease on me even if I don't set it. The coverage is medium and while the finish is radiant it isn't at all glittery or fake looking- it just makes the under eyes look more awake!

Better Than Sex Mascara: A ridiculous name but a fab mascara! This really does give my lashes the voluminous, dramatic effect that I love. If you are into defined lashes, this is not for you but if you like the false lash look, this is a great mascara. The formula is quite wet, which I personally like but it does dry out a little after a while so you can leave it if for a few weeks if that's the formula that you prefer. It has a very full wand that really coats all lashes and makes them quadruple in size!

Chocolate Soleil Bronzer: I absolutely adore this bronzer - not just because it has a beautiful chocolate scent but the matte finish looks very natural on the skin. It is really finely milled and applies very evenly without looking at all muddy. It's available in three shades so there should be one to suit all skin tones. I also love to use it on my eyes and, again, it practically blends itself such is the beautiful formula that isn't too soft but is definitely not overly powdery.

Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Collection: This is the first palette that I bought from the brand and it was love at first use. So much so, I have gone on to buy many more palettes from this brand! The formula is perfect - very smooth, very finely milled, pigmented, creamy and easy to blend. They are also very long-wearing. Definitely the best eyeshadow brand under the £50 mark, in my opinion. This particular palette has lots of neutrals with a few pops of colour and I take it on almost every holiday because I know that I can create a number of looks due to the combination of finishes. Oh and it also smells of chocolate - divine!
