Discover your route to radiance with the ESPA Optimal Collection

ESPA, ESPA Optimal Skin Pro Cleanser, ESPA Skin Pro Serum, ESPA Optimal Skin Pro Moisturiser, ESPA Discover The Route To Radiance #RoutetoRadiance

It's a few years since I tried anything from ESPA so when they got in touch about their new #RoutetoRadiance Campaign, I was delighted to get involved. The Optimal Collection is a range of luxury products that use natural, effective and results-driven ingredients to achieve radiant skin and I was kindly sent three products to try. I actually used the Optimal Skin Pro Moisturiser before and loved it so I was keen to try the other products in the range.

Optimal Skin ProCleanser: Although this is called a cleanser, it's actually a 3 in 1 cleanser, exfoliator and mask. It contains Moringa Seed Extract, Jojoba Spheres and Pumpkin Enzymes, which work together to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and polish the skin. It is a cream formula but also has a light scrub texture,  which is easy to massage into the skin.  As a cleanser, it's massaged into dry skin before adding warm water and massaging in circular motions until the Jojoba Spheres dissolve.  It is then rinsed or removed with a flannel. I love that it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth, deeply cleansed but not stripped, and looking bright. To use as a mask, massage into the skin and leave for 15 minutes before rinsing. It's gentle but effective so I think that even those with sensitive skin will enjoy it. £32 for 100ml.

Optimal Skin ProSerum: To replenish the skin, this serum contains Echium Oil and Sunflower Concentrate. It also contains Turmeric, which has anti-inflammatory properties but also brightens the skin and White Lupin helps to smooth and firm the skin. It has a light oily texture, which I personally love because I have dry skin but I think that even if you have oily or combination skin, you would like it too because it doesn't leave any residue on the skin. I love to take the time to massage this into my skin after patting it in initially. My skin instantly looks alive, revitalised and plump and feels very nourished and supple. I recommend this serum to everyone whose skin is feeling and looking lacklustre, dull, parched and showing signs of ageing. £51 for 30ml.

Optimal Skin ProMoisturiser:  This is the product that I used previously and I love it now for the same reasons  - it delivers a good dose of hydration without feeling heavy on the skin. The texture is creamy but it feels incredibly light and absorbs easily and quickly. It's described as being 'intuitive' by delivering hydration only where it's needed but I can't comment on that because my skin is like the Sahara and needs hydration everywhere! It contains South African Resurrection Plant, Navarra Asparagus Extract and Yeast Bioferment, all of which combine to brighten and hydrate the skin and leave a satin finish. It layers well over the serum without any pilling and acts as a nice base for foundation too. £48 for 55ml.

If you want to try these products for yourself but are wary about committing to full sizes, there is a set of 4 deluxe mini sizes available in the Optimal Skin Experience set for £30.  I really recommend the range to anyone with skin in need of a boost; skin that looks dull, parched and tired. You can discover your own #RoutetoRadiance.

Have you tried any ESPA products? I'd love to hear!
